The product includes one Olympic-style dumbbell handle with a chromed finish, while the collars are sold separately. It is designed for use with Olympic weights with a 2-inch center hole (sold separately).

The dumbbell handle features a loadable sleeve length of 6.5 inches (165 mm) and a maximum recommended weight capacity of 150 lbs. The item dimensions are 20" L x 2.76" W x 2.76" H.

The dumbbell handle is equipped with medium-depth knurled grips, providing a tight, non-slip grip. The rotating sleeves with bronze bushings help to reduce pressure on the wrists and forearms. The machined sleeves make it easy to load and unload Olympic weights.

The versatile design of the dumbbell handle allows you to target specific muscle groups or engage in full-body exercises. You can add or remove weights (sold separately) to target different muscle groups.
